I’ve recently started delving into wireframe and web prototype work in Axure, and found the free community libraries very helpful, so I thought I’d grab the source files for an audio icon set I did a while back and release a widget library of my own. This library is based on a premium icon set I released for sale on Graphic River, and is modified for easy import into Axure. If you need the source vector files, you’re welcome to purchase them.

To install this set, download the .rblip file, open Axure, and choose “Load Library…” from the drop-down list in the left-hand widget panel.

This PSD was inspired by one of my favorite freebies online, Webaly’s design framework for Illustrator. This set comes with 91 bright palette of gloss-button layer styles. Open up the PSD, click on the desired color in the layers palette, copy the layer style and paste it into your own design. Enjoy!

The set contains 117 free mini pixel icons in two sizes, 20x20px and 16x16px. The format is .png. Each icon is less than 1KB in size.

I’ve done small icons before, usually 20×20, but this is my first go at a 16×16 set. Some of these, like the speakers, film strip, and web cam icons, are dark, and won’t work well on a black background, but the majority of this set should do just fine.

Don’t ask me why I made these – I don’t design games. But I do have a special place in my heart for everything fantasy.

I couldn’t get these to be 100% vector, as the finishing touches are mostly done in Photoshop, so I’m afraid you can’t have the .eps file with this one. But you do get 13 153x153px fantasy icons for your game or website.

This set contains vintage Christmas-themed brushes pulled from uncopywrited Project Gutenberg books dating from 1800-1920. The majority of the brushes show scenes from a Victorian Christmas, and this set includes brushes from popular holiday books.

Brush sizes range from 200px – 2500px, but mostly weight in at 400px-700px.

I was just mucking around with a few ideas, and ended up with a set of 1950′s icons that aren’t really cohesive enough to sell as a set, but which I figure someone probably has a use for.

The set includes: vanilla, chocolate and strawberry milkshake icons, roller skates, jukebox icon, and a martini icon.

The roller skate icon was based on a picture by pro photographer Jon Helgason.
